1. Service-Based Refunds
Because our services involve personalized consulting, wellness programs, and technology solutions, all service fees are generally non-refundable once sessions, assessments, or project work have begun.
Refund requests for services may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

2. Digital Products & Online Courses
All sales of digital content (including guides, e-books, online courses, or software access) are final. Once delivered or accessed, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If you experience issues accessing a digital product, please reach out to our support team for troubleshooting.
3. Wellness Programs & Retreats
For prepaid wellness programs, group sessions, or retreats, refund eligibility is as follows:

Full refund if cancellation is made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date.

50% refund if cancellation is made 7–13 days before the start date.

No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start date or after the program begins.
We may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your spot to another eligible participant or apply the credit to a future program.
4. Corporate Wellness Contracts
Corporate or group program agreements are governed by the terms outlined in the signed service contract. Any refund or cancellation terms will follow that contract’s provisions.
